Supplements.co.nz do not currently ship outside of New Zealand and use CourierPost to service the North and South Islands only.
Order and delivery information
1. Once you have finalised your order you will receive a confirmation email and order summary for your records.
2. We pack and ship out the same day you place an order.
3. Our products are securely packed in a manner which shall prevent product damage during shipment.
4. When goods are dispatched from our warehouse you shall receive a second email to inform you that your order has been successfully shipped along with the tracking number and a summary of your order.
5. We utilise NZ’s most extensive courier network, CourierPost, to provide our customers with the best and fastest delivery service.
Supplements.co.nz uses multiple courier post pick ups throughout the day and the last pick up is at 5pm.
