Who are you? Your life story in one paragraph.I found my way into a gym and the fitness world over 10 years ago due to my own self improvement journey and goals - I've been hooked ever since. My now fiance whom some of you know as "Big G" started working here at Supplements.co.nz six years ago (and I not too far behind), and the rest is history! I have a passion for training and love using supplements, so working here allows me to enjoy my work while being able to help guide others with their supplementation needs in order to reach and smash their own fitness goals. :D
What do you like most about working here?
<3 The family you work with and the customers you meet who eventually become great friends. <3
What do you do to stay fit?
Weight training 5-6 days a week, walking/running with my dogs.
What's your favourite/least favourite exercise?
Favorite exercises change so often it's really hard to choose one. However, one I thing I can't say I enjoy is long steady state cardio. :( HITT intervals are MUCH better!
What's your favourite workout music?
Rock, nu-metal, trap, hip-hop. Anything with a KILLER beat!
What's your favourite food?
:D CHOCOLATE!!!! <3
What's your #1 fitness/nutrition/health tip?
Doing SOMETHING is ALWAYS BETTER than doing NOTHING! :)
