How to take Nattokinase:
Doctor’s Best Nattokinase should be taken with no food in the stomach and one hour before eating. This is important because the enzyme needs to activate in the lower intestine, so that it can be absorbed into the bloodstream and perform its primary function which is to digest dead protein.
Take 1 - 2 capsules daily, between meals.
