EHPLabs OxyShred is a caffeinated powdered supplement with 60 servings. Formulas and ingredients can vary between flavours or versions, so compare the package you receive with the panel below before use.
Mix 1 scoop with 240–295mL of cold water and take in the morning on an empty stomach. On training days, the label permits a second scoop in the afternoon, no later than 5pm. Avoid food or a protein shake for 20 minutes after use. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
