Jase: No. It provides mild compression and general support for low-impact activity. It can be worn on either ankle and is designed to fit inside many shoes, but it does not diagnose, stabilise, or treat a serious injury.
Kimmi: How do I choose a size?
Jase: Measure around the heel and instep and use the fit ranges below. The sleeve should feel supportive without causing numbness, tingling, colour change, increased pain, or swelling. Stop using it if those occur, and have significant or persistent symptoms assessed.
How to Wear:
Care Instructions: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach, or fabric softeners.
