Jase: How tight should it be?
Kimmi: Snug, not restrictive. Remove it if it causes numbness, colour change, swelling, irritation, or increased pain. A brace may provide support, but ongoing pain, weakness, or tingling still needs assessment.
HOW TO WEAR
Step 1: Insert your thumb into the loop with the smooth side of the material facing your skin.
Step 2: Wrap support from over the top of your wrist, then under your wrist, and back around the top.
Step 3: Secure the fastener and adjust to get a snug fit.

Care Instructions: Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash until mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
