Good Health Deep Sleep contains a plant derived extract of 5HTP providing the precursor to serotonin, the body's natural sleep inducer. Also included are the effective herbs Passionflower, Californian Poppy and Jamaican Dogwood to support the nervous system and aid normal sleep patterns.
Everybody experiences disturbed sleep patterns from time to time, but an ongoing lack of sleep can affect the body's metabolism and cause drowsiness, frustration and moodiness.
The action of Deep sleep is gentle and balancing, and may take several doses to reach optimal effectiveness. Deep sleep is suitable for regular use during times of stress and nervous tension.
Recommended for
