I am a fan of the product and happy with the price however I chose to purchase from you because of your 24 hour dispatch as promoted on the website. After 3 days I had not received my order or had any confirmation of dispatch and when queried was told they were actually out of stock. I am dissapointed this was not mentioned at any time during the purchase or payment process or even after. I had to chase up to find this out.
