Kimmi: Laboratory antioxidant comparisons do not show that one capsule produces thousands of times the health benefit. The panel lists 4 mg astaxanthin, plus small amounts of lutein and zeaxanthin.

Kimmi: No. Four capsules would multiply the panel amounts by four, and the directions extend to age 12. Seek advice for children, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medicines, blood-pressure or immune conditions, or before surgery. Skin, joint, brain, liver, or energy outcomes are not guaranteed.
For adults and children aged 12+: take 1-2 capsules daily. For intensive support, the dose can be increased to 4 capsules daily. For optimal absorption, astaxanthin should be taken with fats, during or immediately after meals. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
