Glucomannan (from Konjac Root) is a soluble, bulk-forming fibre. It helps to promote the feeling of satiety and helps maintain intestinal regularity.

Kelp, an excellent source of iodine, is essential for a healthy thyroid function.
Dose (adults):Take 1 - 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with food.
