The capsule contains gelatin, so it is not vegetarian or vegan. The label notes that L-methionine may raise homocysteine in some people. Twenty milligrams of B6 is a meaningful daily amount; avoid stacking with other B6 supplements and stop for tingling, burning or numbness, which can indicate peripheral neuropathy.
