After researching all the different types of Magnesium I decided I wanted the Magnesium L Threonate type for its brain clarity and especially for sleep and leg muscle cramps. I have only been taking 1 at night before bed only on the nights that I have been getting anxiety and know it's going to be a problem getting to sleep or when I have felt some muscle cramping in the day ...it seems to be working far more superior to other types of Magnesium. I don't know if it's because I have less stress with the covid 19 thing, but I am definately getting less anxiety and clarity in my thoughts and memory. I should mention that when I first started taking them I got a headache (which are seldom for me) this may have been a coincidence as l had been having anxiety attacks I have only been taking these over the last month so am interested to see how I will be long term ...but so far so good. Also only having to take these once a day is very economical, I do eat nuts and other foods that contain magnesium, so 1 a day is enough for me.
How can we be sure how effective or otherwise this is but it’s reputation is accepted. Anything assisting / supporting brain function has to be considered
couldn’t live without it
