Jase: The panel lists 500mg of apple cider vinegar extract powder, providing 175mg of acetic acid and described as equivalent to three teaspoons of liquid apple cider vinegar.

Jase: No. It also contains 2160mg of sorbitol and xylitol, which may cause a laxative effect or diarrhoea.
This is an apple cider vinegar supplement, not a weight-loss treatment. Apple cider vinegar products can cause digestive discomfort and may interact with diabetes medicines, insulin, diuretics and medicines that affect potassium. Follow the retained cautions and keep it away from pets because xylitol is highly toxic to dogs.
Suggested Use:Adults - Take 1 tablet 2-3 times daily before or after a meal, or as professionally recommended.
