Kimmi: 400 mg elderberry, 250 mg vitamin C, 5 mg vitamin E, 3 mg zinc and 5 micrograms vitamin D3.

Kimmi: Yes. The label allows two capsules twice daily, while the maintenance direction is one or two daily. Do not continue the higher amount longer than directed or combine it with other zinc products without checking total intake.
