Jase: 20 mg. The label permits up to 20 sprays in 24 hours, which equals five servings and 100 mg of zinc, but only for a maximum of three days.

Jase: Yes. Do not exceed either the daily spray limit or the three-day duration. Excess zinc can cause nausea, vomiting and copper deficiency, and it can interact with some antibiotics.
Important: This spray does not treat a throat infection, cold or flu. Seek advice for trouble breathing or swallowing, severe pain, dehydration, persistent fever or symptoms lasting more than a few days. Check before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with medicines, or with allergies to echinacea or related plants.
Suggested Use: 3 to 4 sprays every 2 hours as needed. Spray the back of the mouth and throat. Do not exceed 20 sprays in a 24 hour period, and do not use for more than 3 days at a time.
