Jase: The supplied directions dilute 15 mL with 75 mL of water or fruit juice. Keep the potassium, pregnancy and laxative cautions below in view.
Suggested Use:Adults take 15ml (1 tablespoon) up to three times a day. Mix 1 part (15ml) Noni juice with 5 parts (75ml) water or fruit juice. Take half an hour before meal times, or as professionally recommended.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended if pregnant or lactating. Those on a low potassium diet should avoid Noni. If any allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use. Care should be taken when exceeding the recommended dose as Noni has a laxative effect.
