Recently Chia Seeds have been labeled a complete super food as they are one of the richest plant sources of Omega 3, dietary fibre, and protein. These nutrient-dense seeds also contain a wide range of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, and fatty acids.
Suggested Use: Mix 1 tablespoon into foods such as cereals, porridge, yogurt, smoothies, sauces, and salad dressings. Alternatively, they can be added to water or juice, when added to liquids the chia seeds will swell and form a gel-like substance.
