Mix one serve (30g) with 100ml of almond milk. For those not following a strict ketogenic or low carb diet, you can use any milk of your choice. Once stirred, place in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. If you like your porridge thicker continue to heat for a further 15-30 second intervals, until reached required thickness.
Storage: Store sealed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened keep sealed after use.
