CONCENTRATION
Each 1 teaspoon serving contains the equivalent of 14.5 g (14,500 mg) of fresh Black Elderberries.
Suggested Use: Take within one hour before bedtime.
Adults: 1 teaspoon
Kids Ages 6-8: ¼ teaspoon
Kids Ages 9-12: ½ teaspoon
Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Not for use during pregnancy or lactation. If you have a medical condition or take medications, please consult with your doctor before use. Store away from children. Do not use if the cap seal is broken.
