Ingredients (Makes 8 fritters)
- 200g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop unflavoured Zealea Unflavoured Whey
- 1 cup baby spinach, finely chopped
- ½ cup grated tasty cheese
- ¼ cup oat flour (or plain flour)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and cracked black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Method
- Combine cottage cheese, eggs and protein powder in a large bowl.
- Stir through spinach, grated cheese, oat flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Mix until a thick batter forms.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Spoon the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm or refrigerate for meal prep.
