These muffins are as wild as your workouts this May. Packed with oats, protein, and a punch of Disorder, they’re the perfect pre-gym snack for chaos-loving lifters.


📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Faction Labs Disorder – Wild grape

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or blueberries for madness


🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a muffin tray.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash bananas, then add almond milk and peanut butter. Mix well.

  3. Stir in oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and the scoop of Faction Labs Disorder.

  4. Add optional madness (choc chips or blueberries).

  5. Spoon the batter evenly into muffin cups.

  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until tops are golden and firm.

  7. Let cool, then go berserk—these hit best about 30–45 mins before a heavy lift.
