🍌 Protein-stacked Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup oat flour (or whole wheat)

  • 1/2 cup BSN Syntha-6 Protein 5lb Vanilla protein powder 

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, mix bananas, eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.

  3. Add in flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking soda/powder, and salt. Stir until combined.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.

  5. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
