This Savoury High-Protein Breakfast Wrap is warm, filling, and feels like a proper meal — not “diet food.” It’s ideal for busy mornings, post-training fuel, or even a quick lunch.
Ingredients (1 serve)

1 high-protein wrap or wholemeal wrap

2 eggs

6 egg whites (optional, for extra protein)

1 scoop unflavoured or lightly flavoured protein powder

Handful of spinach

1–2 tbsp grated cheese

Salt & pepper

Optional extras:

Mushrooms

Capsicum

Hot sauce or relish

How to Make It

Whisk eggs, egg whites, protein powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Cook in a non-stick pan, stirring gently to scramble.

Add spinach and cook until just wilted.

Place eggs into the wrap, sprinkle with cheese and extras.
