Cooking with Kimmi – No-Bake Chocolate Almond Protein Slice

New Year’s Resolution #3 :“I want consistency (without feeling deprived).”

Hi team,
Kimmi here — and this one’s for those moments when motivation dips, cravings hit, and you’re this close to saying “I’ll start again Monday.”

This No-Bake Chocolate Almond Protein Slice is easy, satisfying, and lives in the fridge ready to go — so you’ve always got a better choice on hand.

No oven. No drama. Just something that works.

Ingredients (makes 8–10 slices)

  • 1½ cups oats

  • ½ cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder

  • ¼ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2–4 tbsp milk of choice

  • Optional:

    • Dark chocolate chips

    • Chopped almonds

How to Make It

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Mix until it comes together — thick but pressable.

  3. Press firmly into a lined container.

  4. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.

  5. Slice and store in the fridge.

That’s it.

Why This One Supports Your Goals

Resolution Reminder

Consistency beats perfection — every single time.
