This Coffee Banana Protein Smoothie gives you a gentle caffeine lift plus proper fuel, so you don’t crash an hour later. It’s quick, creamy, and perfect for busy mornings or a pre-workout pick-me-up.
Ingredients (1 serve)

1 frozen banana

1 tsp instant coffee (or chilled espresso / nespresso )

½ cup milk of choice

1 tsp peanut butter or almond butter

Optional:

Ice cubes

Cinnamon or cocoa dusting

How to Make It

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until thick, smooth, and creamy.

Taste and adjust — more coffee for bite, more milk for smoothness.
