You’ll need:

1 cup plain Greek yoghurt

1 cup self-raising flour (or 1 cup flour + 2 tsp baking powder)

1 scoop unflavouredprotein powder

½ tsp salt
-
1 egg (for egg wash)

2 tbsp “everything bagel” seasoning (or mix sesame, poppy, garlic, onion flakes, salt)
How to make it:

Preheat oven to 190 °C (fan 170 °C).

In a bowl, mix yoghurt, flour, protein powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.

Divide into 4 pieces, roll into ropes, and shape into bagels.

Place on a lined baking tray, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle generously with seasoning.

Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Tip: These are awesome sliced and filled with eggs, smoked salmon, or chicken for a protein-packed breakfast or snack.
