Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla whey or plant protein powder

2 tbsp coconut flour (for texture)

2 tbsp almond butter (or cashew butter for a cake-like flavor)

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

2–3 tbsp milk of choice (adjust for texture)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles (plus extra for rolling)
Directions:

In a large bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, and coconut flour.

Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk until a dough forms.

Fold in sprinkles (because it’s not a birthday without them).

Roll into bite-sized balls. If you’re feeling extra festive, roll them in more sprinkles.
