Pump Up Pre-Workout Smoothie 💪🍓

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup watermelon (rich in citrulline for better blood flow) 🍉
  • ½ frozen banana (fast carbs for energy) 🍌
  • 1 small beet or Morlife Beetroot Powder 150g(natural nitric oxide booster) ❤️
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (protein + gut health) 🥛
  • 1 scoop BioX Vanilla  (extra muscle fuel)
  • ½ tsp Harker Celtic salt(electrolytes for better hydration) 🧂
  • ½ - 1 cup coconut water (hydration & potassium) 🥥
  • Handful of spinach (micronutrients without affecting taste) 🌱
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and drink 30–45 minutes before training for maximum pump and endurance.
