Cooking with Kimmi - Swole Stack Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

A high-calorie, nutrient-rich breakfast packed with muscle-building macros and flavor.


💥 Why It Rocks:

📝 Ingredients (1 big serving):

  • 1 large roasted sweet potato (approx. 200g)

  • 3 eggs (fried, poached, or scrambled)

  • 100g lean beef mince or pork

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 1/4 avocado, sliced

  • Optional: 1 tbsp feta, sriracha, fresh herbs

  • Optional: sprinkle of unflavoured collagen or Unflavoured protein powder into mashed sweet potato for extra protein


🍳 Instructions:

  1. Roast or microwave the sweet potato until soft. Mash with olive oil or butter.

  2. In a pan, cook the beef mince with seasoning (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder).

  3. Fry or poach the eggs to your liking.

  4. Build your bowl: mashed sweet potato → beef→ eggs → avo → toppings.
