Perfect if you're using a lemon-flavoured fish oil or cod liver oil.
Ingredients (1 serve)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mixed berries
- 2 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Nordic Naturals Lemon Fish Oilor Lemon Cod Liver Oil
Method
- Mix the protein powder into the Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Stir the fish oil or cod liver oil into the yogurt mixture.
- Layer half the yogurt into a glass.
- Add berries.
- Add remaining yogurt.
- Top with granola, almonds, and a drizzle of honey.
- Serve immediately.
