Cooking with Kimmi – Nordic Naturals Lemon Berry Omega-3 Protein Parfait

This creamy parfait combines protein, berries, and a daily dose of omega-3s in a simple breakfast or snack.

Perfect if you're using a lemon-flavoured fish oil or cod liver oil.

Ingredients (1 serve)


Method

  1. Mix the protein powder into the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Stir the fish oil or cod liver oil into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Layer half the yogurt into a glass.
  4. Add berries.
  5. Add remaining yogurt.
  6. Top with granola, almonds, and a drizzle of honey.
  7. Serve immediately.
