Creamy Protein Popsicles for Summer

Creamy Protein Popsicles for Summer

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of  Biox Power Whey Protein Powder (your favorite flavor)
  • 3 tbsp Plain or Greek Yogurt (for a smoother texture)
  • 2-3 tbsp Almond Milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (for a natural sweetness) or 1 tbsp of  M&H Manuka Honey 5+ UMF 250g (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Frozen Berries (or fruit of your choice banana is nice too)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the protein base: In a blender or food processor, combine the protein powder, yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup (if using), frozen fruit, and vanilla extract (if using). Blend on high until everything is well-mixed and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

  2. Pour and freeze: Carefully pour the protein mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion during freezing. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.

  3. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until they are fully solid. Once set, carefully remove the popsicles from the molds.

  4. Store and enjoy: Serve right away, or store them in a freezer-safe bag or container to keep them fresh. They’re perfect for a post-workout snack or a refreshing treat!

These are a hit with both kids and adults :)
