Ok today its not cooking it's smoothie time
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop BioX Power Whey Complex 5lb chocolate protein powder (about 30g)
- 1 cup milk of choice (250ml)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut + extra for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 frozen banana (makes it creamier)
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Pinch of salt (enhances chocolate flavor)
Optional mix-ins:
Fresh raspberries for that raspberry jam taste
Instructions:
1. Add milk to your blender first (this prevents powder sticking to the bottom)
2. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut, vanilla, and salt
3. Add frozen banana and ice cubes
4. Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy
5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed
To serve:
1. Pour shake into glass
2. Top with an extra sprinkle of desiccated coconut
