-
¼ cup almond flour
-
2 tbsp oats

1 tbsp Greek yogurt
-
1 egg white
-
1 tsp vanilla essence
-

-
Pinch of salt
-
1 tbsp dark choc chips
-
1–2 tbsp water if needed for texture
Instructions
Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: 10 mins | Serves: 1 (or 2 if you're feeling generous… unlikely)
-
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
-
Mix it up: In a bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, oats, Greek yogurt, egg white, vanilla, sweetener, and salt. Stir until a cookie-dough-like batter forms. Add a splash of water if it’s too thick.
-
Add the chips: Fold in the choc chips.
-
Skillet time: Lightly grease a small oven-safe skillet or pan. Spread the dough evenly.
-
Bake: 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden but the centre is still soft and gooey.
-
Serve: Dig in warm, straight from the skillet. Next level unlocked.
