Ingredients

Instructions

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 25 minutes | Servings: 1

  1. Preheat your oven to 165°C
  2. Blend the base: Combine oats, egg white, and water in a blender (a Ninja blender works great). Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Mix the batter: Pour the blended mixture into a bowl. Whisk in the protein powder and 1 tsp stevia until you have a thick, pancake-like batter consistency.
  4. Create the cinnamon swirl: Pour half the batter into a small nonstick pan (approximately 4.5 inches across). Sprinkle with two-thirds of the cinnamon and the remaining 1 tsp stevia.
  5. Layer and swirl: Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon. Use a knife to gently swirl through the batter, creating a marbled cinnamon effect.
  6. Bake: Place in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  7. Serve: Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying warm.

Storage & Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds before serving to restore that fresh-baked warmth.

Nutrition Benefits

High in protein and lower in sugar than traditional cinnamon rolls, this recipe makes a satisfying breakfast or snack that keeps you fuller longer.
