Ingredients (makes 2–3 cups)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

¾ cup Greek yoghurt

1–2 tbsp milk of choice (to thin)

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2–3 protein cookies, sponge fingers, or leftover Christmas cake (optional but great)

White chocolate shavings

Berry compote

A drizzle of honey

How to Make It

In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, protein powder, milk, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

In small glasses or jars, layer:

Crushed cookie or sponge

Protein yoghurt

Fresh berries

Repeat layers until the cup is full.

Finish with berries and a sprinkle of white chocolate if you’re feeling festive.

Chill for 10–15 minutes or enjoy straight away.
