Cooking with Kimmi – Vanilla Berry Protein Breakfast Pots

Hey there,

Kimmi here — and if your New Year’s resolution is “I just want to eat better without overthinking it”, this one’s for you.

These Vanilla Berry Protein Breakfast Pots are creamy, fresh, and packed with protein. They take 5 minutes to prep, taste like dessert, and make mornings way easier — especially when motivation is still warming up in January.

Ingredients (1–2 serves)

  • ¾ cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1–2 tbsp milk of choice (to thin)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp oats or granola

  • Optional extras:

    • Chia seeds

    • Honey drizzle

    • Coconut flakes

How to Make It

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt, protein powder, milk, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

  2. Grab a jar or glass and layer:

    • Yoghurt mixture

    • Berries

    • Oats or granola

  3. Repeat the layers until full.

  4. Finish with berries on top and any extras you love.

  5. Eat straight away or pop it in the fridge overnight for a grab-and-go breakfast.

Why This Works for January

✔ High protein keeps you fuller for longer
✔ Balanced carbs + fats = steady energy
✔ No “diet food” vibes
✔ Easy enough to actually stick with

This is the kind of recipe that proves healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring — it just has to be realistic.

Resolution Reminder

You don’t need a perfect plan.
You just need a better first choice.
