Cooking with Kimmi – Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Thickshake

“I want something quick that still hits my goals.”

This is thick, creamy, and feels like a cheat meal… but it’s stacked with protein and takes 2 minutes.


Ingredients (1 serve)

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¾ cup milk (any milk)
  • ½ cup ice
  • Optional: 1 tsp cocoa powder (extra chocolate hit)

Method

  1. Add everything to a blender
  2. Blend until thick and smooth
  3. Pour into a glass
  4. Optional: drizzle a little peanut butter on top

Approx Macros

  • Protein: ~30–35g
  • Moderate carbs
  • Healthy fats
  • High satiety for a shake
