- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ frozen banana
- ¾ cup milk (any milk)
- ½ cup ice
- Optional: 1 tsp cocoa powder (extra chocolate hit)
Method
- Add everything to a blender
- Blend until thick and smooth
- Pour into a glass
- Optional: drizzle a little peanut butter on top
