Cooking with Kimmi - Easter Chocolate Protein Nest Bowls

Ingredients (1 serve)

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (or high-protein yogurt)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ½ cup All-Bran
  • 6–8 mini Easter eggs (or dark chocolate pieces)

Method

  1. Mix protein powder, yogurt, cocoa, and peanut butter until smooth
  2. Stir in the All-Bran (this creates the “nest” texture)
  3. Spoon into a bowl and shape slightly in the middle
  4. Place mini eggs on top like a nest

  • Protein: ~30–35g
  • High fibre
  • Moderate carbs
  • Feels like dessert, eats like fuel
