Ingredients:

1/2 cup powdered peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

2 scoops peanut butter protein powder

1 egg

1/4 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Optional add-ins:
Crushed peanuts, chopped pretzels, or a swirl of jam
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C and line a small baking dish.

Mix peanut butter, honey, and egg until smooth.

Stir in protein powder, baking soda, and salt.

Fold in chocolate chips and any extras.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and slightly firm on top.

Cool, slice into squares, and rock out with a high-protein snack!
