Ingredients (1 serve)
- 150g lean beef mince
- 1 small potato (cut into fries or cubes)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Bowl Base:
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomato
- Pickles
Protein Sauce:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop unflavoured protein powder
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce (ketchup)
- 1 tsp mustard
Method
- Roast potatoes at 200°C for 20–25 mins until crispy
- Season and cook beef in a pan, pressing it flat (smash style)
- Mix protein powder into yogurt, then add ketchup + mustard
- Build your bowl: lettuce → beef → fries → toppings
- Drizzle over the protein sauce
