Cooking with Kimmi - High-Protein Smash Burger Bowl

Are you feeling like takeaway vibes tonight?

This hits that fast-food craving, but it’s built properly — high protein, balanced, and super satisfying.

 Ingredients (1 serve)

  • 150g lean beef mince
  • 1 small potato (cut into fries or cubes)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Bowl Base:

  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomato
  • Pickles

Protein Sauce:


 Method

  1. Roast potatoes at 200°C for 20–25 mins until crispy
  2. Season and cook beef in a pan, pressing it flat (smash style)
  3. Mix protein powder into yogurt, then add ketchup + mustard
  4. Build your bowl: lettuce → beef → fries → toppings
  5. Drizzle over the protein sauce

  • Very filling
