Cooking with Kimmi - Sup'tember Protein Birthday Cake Smoothie

You’ll need:

  • 1 scoop Grenade Birthday Cake Protein 

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 tbsp sprinkles (plus extra for topping)

  • A few ice cubes

How to make it:

  1. Add everything (except sprinkles) into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Stir in sprinkles at the end so they don’t just blend away.

  4. Pour into a tall glass, top with a dollop of whipped cream (or coconut whip) and extra sprinkles.

It’s like sipping a birthday cake—protein-packed, colourful, and perfect for celebrating another lap around the sun
