1 scoop chocolate whey protein

2 tbsp oat flour (or almond flour)

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

½ tsp baking powder

2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)

3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp coconut oil (melted)

½ tsp vanilla extract

10g dark chocolate (85% cocoa or sugar-free) – for the lava center

Optional: sprinkle of chopped nuts or chocolate chips on top
Directions

In a microwave-safe mug, mix protein powder, oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

Add yogurt, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

Push the piece of dark chocolate into the center of the batter.

Microwave for 40–50 seconds—it should be set on the outside but gooey in the center.

Sprinkle with nuts or extra chips, and let it sit for 1 minute before digging in.
