Cooking with Kimmi - Rocktober Recipe: Protein Brownie Bites with a Crunch

Fuel your inner rockstar with these rich, fudgy brownie bites that pack serious protein power.


Perfect post-workout or late-night snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • 1 tbsp honeyor maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (for creaminess)

  • 1 tbsp crushed nuts or cacao nibs (for crunch)

  • 1–2 tbsp water or milk (as needed)

  • Pinch of salt


Directions

  1. Mix it up: In a bowl, combine protein powder, cocoa, and salt.

  2. Add the goods: Stir in almond butter, honey, and yogurt until you get a thick batter.

  3. Adjust texture: Add a splash of milk if it’s too dry.

  4. Add crunch: Fold in crushed nuts or cacao nibs.

  5. Shape it: Roll into small bites and chill for 20 minutes.

  6. Rock it: Enjoy pre-workout, post-lift, or mid-mosh pit.


Optional drizzle

Melt a little dark chocolate and zig-zag it over the top
