Cooking with Kimmi - Rocktober Protein Rocky Road Bars

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a bowl over simmering water (or microwave in 20-second bursts).

  2. Stir in protein powder until smooth.

  3. Add the mix-ins — marshmallows, almonds, puffed rice, and coconut.

  4. Pour into a lined tray, press flat, and chill for 1–2 hours.

  5. Slice into bars and try not to eat them all in one go.

Pro tip :

Melt a few squares of white chocolate and drizzle on top
