Ingredients

2 scoops chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 cup mini marshmallows (or sugar-free ones)

½ cup chopped almonds

½ cup puffed rice or crushed cornflakes

¼ cup shredded coconut

Optional: pinch of sea salt or crushed freeze-dried raspberries for flair
Directions

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a bowl over simmering water (or microwave in 20-second bursts).

Stir in protein powder until smooth.

Add the mix-ins — marshmallows, almonds, puffed rice, and coconut.

Pour into a lined tray, press flat, and chill for 1–2 hours.

Slice into bars and try not to eat them all in one go.

Melt a few squares of white chocolate and drizzle on top
